THE PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTION
We may need to process data in connection with communication with you, e.g. if you request data or contact us or any of our partners. If you are an end client and call our support or sales department, the call may be recorded. We do this to train our employees, ensure the quality of the calls that have been received and to improve our voicemail and contact channels.

STORAGE TIME

We store recorded calls for 30 days. Other data will be used in the cases described in this privacy policy depending on what the end client wanted during the call to iNPACE DIGITAL AB.

CLIENT DATA / DATA COLLECTION

Client data is data that is linked to your or your business’s service / s – for example name, address, e-mail address, telephone number. It can also be data about what services you have and how you use them. We may also store orders, user IDs, passwords, and other data that you have provided in your contacts with us.

iNPACE DIGITAL AB uses different suppliers’ products and services for our IT infrastructure.
